Stone Delivery: A few folks asked us if we could deliver stone for them - so we did! Since our truck and bin are smaller than most commercial haulers, we can deliver as little as 5 tons at a time. The benefit of that is we can place the stone exactly where you need it even if it's a bit of a tight spot. We are also able to deliver up to 20 tons at a time, so if you need a big load of stone, we'll get it for you.
Debris Removal: We've had clients ask us if we would do some Bush-Hogging and stump removal for them. So we did that, too!
Snow Clearing: This winter...Brrrrrr...we provided snow removal services so that our clients could get in and out of their roads and driveways.
Drainage Solutions: Then someone asked us if we could help with their drainage problems. Since most of our farm is on the side of a hill with some of our pasture in a lowland, flood plain area, we understood the problem!! We found a great drainage "guy" and we now offer dirt road and driveway grading and drainage repair.
Trail Building/Maintenance: Our local Horse Club (Nokesville Horse Society) teamed up with Prince William County Park Authority and the Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition to revitalize and build multi-use trails on the newly acquired Silver Lake Park. Cleve volunteered many, many hours cleaning up the Park and blazing new trails. During his 2 years as Director of Trail Development for the NHS, Cleve kept Nokesville Park and Valley View Park trails debris-free and equine-friendly. Cleve received a letter of commendation from the Prince William County Park Authority Board for his work at Silver Lake.
