Andrew Benton joins us at Affordable Farm Services, Inc! Andrew moved here from Indiana to join our growing team. He brings a wealth of experience and training in maintaining pastures (and lawns!); he's a certified Scott's Lawn Care Professional! He also brings enthusiasm, conscious care, and will provide a welcome relief for Cleve in delivering and stacking all those shavings!!!

Cleve has partnered with a hay provider and will begin offering small square bales of Orchard Grass/Timothy and Orchard Grass/Alfalfa hay for sale this year. We're also looking for a reliable source of Horse-quality, Round bales for our clients who feed those.

Fox Chase Farm of Middleburg, VA and Old Waterloo Equine Clinic have teamed up with the Richmond Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and area equestrians in the fight against breast cancer! The Ride for the Cure will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009. Anyone wishing to participate as a rider or simply donate, please take a few minutes to read about the event. Affordable Farm Services has been asked to participate and will be providing bedding and manure removal service. We hope to see you there!
